Senior Analyst
📍 London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
💰 Up to £70,000 + Benefits
We're partnering with a growing fintech business to recruit a Senior Analyst to join a high-impact analytics team.
This is a broad role offering exposure across multiple business functions, including marketing, finance, and operations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to turn complex, messy data into actionable insights, helping influence business strategy and decision-making. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building robust data foundations, and taking ownership of analytical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large, complex datasets to deliver commercial insights
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Build reports and dashboards that support decision-making
- Help shape data strategy and improve data quality
- Work across multiple business functions on varied analytical projects
- Support the development of AI-ready data structures and semantic layers
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About You
- Around 2-4 years' experience in an analytics role
- Advanced SQL skills (used daily in your current role)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with large, imperfect datasets
- Comfortable gathering requirements directly from stakeholders
- Analytical, commercially minded, and naturally curious
- STEM degree or similar analytical background preferred
- Snowflake experience is advantageous
