The Opportunity
The Sales Strategy and Operations team is pivotal at Salesforce. We drive scalable profitable growth and partner with senior leaders across the UK and Ireland. You will play a foundational role here, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations—your insights will directly shape the success, strategy, and decision-making of crucial cross-functional leaders.
As a Sales Strategy Analyst on the UKI Core Sales Strategy team, you will be part of a dynamic, agile group of analysts who are deeply embedded in the UKI Core business. There will be a space for your elevator pitch early on, and you will own high-impact projects from day one.
This is a hybrid role—join us at our cutting-edge London office at least three days a week while the rest of your environment will be as accessible as you are ready to deliver.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UKI sales leadership to drive day-to-day execution, including:
- Forecasting
- Pipeline analysis
- Productivity tracking
- Business reviews
- Build impactful dashboards and analytical tools to:
- Surface performance trends
- Identify growth opportunities
- Streamline operational decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to our senior UKI leadership, contributing to:
- Quarterly reviews
- Strategic planning cycles
- High-visibility ad hoc initiatives
- Define and operationalise go-to-market strategies by:
- Designing segmentation models
- Optimizing coverage plans
- Identifying ways to streamline and automate reporting processes

About You
Requirements
- Experience in business analytics and sales operations or strategy, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and performance and reporting via tools like Slides or PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—rank this high—you will be explaining complex information to senior audiences.
Preferences
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
- Demonstrated ownership and leadership—a proactive, hands-on mindset with no fear of diving straight into the detail.
- Drive and confidence to operate in an environment of uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Commit to a role requiring offices attendance in London at least three days a week.
