About the Role
Sales Strategy and Operations is a critical function at Salesforce, enabling profitable growth at scale through close collaboration with senior leaders across the UK and Ireland.
As a Sales Strategy Analyst in the UKI Core Sales Strategy team, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights—not just for analytics, but for direct decision-making by sales and cross-functional leadership.
JOIN a diverse analyst team deeply embedded within the UKI Core business, with direct accountability to senior leaders and opportunities to ownership high-impact projects from day one. This hybrid role (based in London with a requirement for at least 3 in-office days per week) provides visibility and autonomy rare in early tenures.
Responsibilities

Partner with UKI sales leaders to drive execution on:
- Forecasting and predictive analytics
- Pipeline audits
- Productivity enhancement
- Business performance reviews

Data-Driven Decision Making Develop actionable dashboards and analytical tools to:
- Surface key performance trends
- Identify revenue opportunities
- Automate recurring reporting workflows

Supporting Leadership Contribute to the operating rhythm of senior leadership, including:
- Quarterly strategy reviews
- Annual planning cycles
- High-visibility ad-hoc initiatives

End-to-End GTM Leadership Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including:
- Market segmentation frameworks
- Resource capacity modelling
- Optimisation of team coverage
Required Qualifications

Industry Experience Some experience in:
- Business analytics
- Sales operations or strategy (preferably within SaaS or high-growth environments)

Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, CRM Analytics)
- Extensive experience in Google Sheets/Excel + presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)

Stakeholder Communication Ability to simplify complex data for senior audiences—making insights clear, compelling, and decisive
Preferred Qualifications

Cloud Platforms Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar platforms

Ownership Character Proven proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven in fast-paced roles

Growth Mindset Passionate, energetic, and comfortable thriving in ambiguity

Hybrid Work Comfort working from the London office a minimum of 3 days per week
