About the Role This is an advanced role designed for someone with direct experience of leading Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects. The team requires a consultative partner capable of steering projects, interpreting deep analytical findings, and translating complex insights into actionable commercial strategies.

You’ll collaborate with senior marketers across prestigious household-name brands, tackling critical growth questions through measurement, effectiveness and data-driven analytics. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping media investment decisions worth millions of pounds—impacting entire organisations through evidence-based insights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead MMM projects from inception to delivery, ensuring methodology, execution and recommendations align with business objectives
  • Partner with marketing leaders to identify and solve strategic growth challenges through data-driven approaches
  • Interpret modelling outputs, effectiveness insights, and analytical results, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and conviction
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of brands spanning FMCG, retail, finance and entertainment sectors
  • Drive stakeholder buy-in with compelling narratives that connect analysis to real-world business impact

Expected Experience

Required

  • Proven track record of direct leadership in Marketing Mix Modelling projects within an agency, consultancy or analytics environment
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex quantitative insights and modelling outputs into actionable business recommendations for non-expert audiences
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven skills in commercial problem-solving, backed by applied experience

  • Hands-on experience using R or Python for analytical workflows
