Senior Analytics Engineer
3 Month Rolling Contract Outside IR35 1 Day Per Week Onsite | UK Based
We're working with an innovative HealthTech company looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to help scale their analytics platform. This is a hands-on role focused on building robust data models and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable domain models
- Build and optimise incremental dbt models in Snowflake
- Own work end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise work
- Drive analytics engineering best practices, including testing, documentation and CI/CD
- Deliver reliable, scalable data models that support business growth

Key Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Snowflake and dbt (essential)
- Experience building and maintaining incremental dbt models
- Strong data modelling and SQL skills
- Experience working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of analytics engineering best practices, including testing, documentation and CI/CD

Desirable
- Previous experience within HealthTech or other regulated industries
- Experience working in fast-paced product or scale-up environments
