Senior Analytics Engineer – Marketing & GTM (Remote)

The Role: Senior Analytics Engineer
We’re seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer with the expertise to drive strategic data transformations, shaping our analytics ecosystem while fostering best practices in data infrastructure, modelling, and scalability. In partnership with the Marketing team, you’ll ensure analytics and operational metrics are reliably tracked, documented, and turn insights into actionable decision-making. This position is critical for aligning data governance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Ownership
- Design and maintain self-serve datasets and reporting layers in Omni to support:
- Marketing performance evaluations
- Campaign reporting
- Attribution and path-to-conversion analyses
- Funnel stage monitoring
- Investment analytics to refine GTM strategies
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across critical Marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) systems, including:
- Source tracking
- Campaign metadata integrity
- Funnel stage completeness
- Attribution coverage
- Spend data validation
- Implement comprehensive metadata (documentation, lineage, ownership definitions, quality checks) and apply sensitive data masking where necessary.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnering
- Translate business questions into data-driven products, including self-serve dashboards, automated analyses, and governance framework for Marketing and GTM stakeholders.
- Enable self-reliance via:

- Expand data integration with Holistic customer journeyBigQuery Operational tools (e.g., histories truly to audience segmentation, lifecycle efforts, software for demand forecasting and GTM workflows).

Required Expertise
Technical Proficiencies (Non-negotiable)
- Deep technical background in analytics engineering or data roles, with hands-on expertise in Advanced SQL, dbt and Snowflake
- Experience withd BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Snowsight) creating visualisations and reports both for business understanding and direct informational decision-making
- Proficiency in data ingestion tools (Fivetran, Stitch) to ensure seamless smoothed optimisation and visualisation transformations library into Snowflake, the operational business tools as required
- Comprehensive understanding of ETL/ELT processes with an emphasis to oversee data quality checks, documentation and accurate tracking of company officials.
Domain Competencies

Strong understanding of Marketing/GTM data concepts, including:
- campaign tracking & CTR metrics
- full-funnel approaches includes:
- attribution understing Lifecycle stages and built lead/account-to-pipeline mappings, insights
- Evaluation of paid media returns, analytics from GA4 and web analytics systems
- Management of critical CM beans including CRM, automation, and digital data integrations sources

Familiarity with essential GTM ecosystem tools such as:
- Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Experienced third-party ad platforms & sales acceleration suites
- Familiarity with optimisation tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and ID data enrichment tools.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Column including alignment of existing definitions for reporting accuracy, ownership tracking, and progress measurement underlining Revenue Operations initiatives.
