What do we do?

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to drive significant business impact by structuring our data infrastructure, developing robust data models, and establishing best practices in analytics engineering (e.g., data quality, documentation, and scalable architectures). You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure data-driven decisions—评估营销活动、跟踪和展示漏斗数据,并提供准确的营销新实现。
Responsibilities

Create trusted, self-serve datasets and reporting layers in Omni that power:
- Marketing performance reviews
- Campaign reporting
- Attribution analysis
- Funnel health monitoring
- Investment decision-making

Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across Marketing and GTM systems, including:
- Source tracking
- Campaign metadata
- Funnel stage completeness
- Attribution coverage
- Spend data

Add comprehensive metadata to datasets, including:
- Documentation
- Lineage and ownership
- Data definitions
- Data quality checks
- Sensitive data masking

Partner with Marketing stakeholders to transform business questions into:
- Robust data products
- Dashboards
- Analyses
- Decision-ready insights

Empower Marketing teams to confidently use Omni and core GTM datasets through:
- Documentation
- Training

Activate Snowflake data into operational tools like:
- Audience segmentation
- Lifecycle programs
- Campaign optimization
- GTM workflows
Requirements
Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in analytics engineering or related data roles, with hands-on experience in:
- Advanced SQL
- dbt (data build tool)
- Snowflake
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Snowsight) to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Ability to ingest and activate data using no-code tools like Fivetran or Stitch
- Experience with metadata management, data quality checks, and sensitive data masking
Domain Knowledge (Marketing & GTM):
- Familiarity with concepts like:
- Campaign tracking
- Attribution models
- Funnel stages
- Lead/account lifecycle
- Pipeline generation
- Paid media
- Web analytics
- CRM data & marketing automation
Experience (Tools & Collaboration):
- Hands-on experience with common GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, ad platforms).
- Ability to collaborate across Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Data teams.
- Experience mentoring junior analytics team members and conducting training sessions.
