Senior Analytics Manager
What you will do
As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will lead analytics and financial oversight of Klarna’s partner receivables portfolio, ensuring amounts owed by merchants and partners are accurately identified, tracked, collected, and where necessary written off in line with industry standards. You will drive data-informed decision-making across the full receivables lifecycle, combining operational excellence with scalable analytics solutions. In this position, you will oversee portfolio performance analysis, monitor outsourced collection partners, and support reconciliation and reporting processes across multiple markets. You will also collaborate closely with teams across risk, billing, accounting, business development, engineering, and external partners to improve processes, automate workflows, and strengthen operational efficiency.

Who you are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field 5+ years of experience in analytics, financial analytics, or accounts receivable management within fintech, banking, or financial services Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, with experience using Python or R considered a plus Experience working with ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and BI or reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar Understanding of B2B receivables, invoicing lifecycles, dunning processes, and debt collection practices Familiarity with IFRS, SOX compliance, and financial reporting within regulated environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple competences and present insights to senior leadership Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
