We are looking for a Senior Analytics Solutions Partner to join our Price and Yield Solutions team. In this role, you'll blend technical expertise with business insight to design and deliver sophisticated price and yield solutions that drive real commercial impact across our global operations.

ABOUT THE JOB
You'll provide expert analytics consultancy to optimize and develop price and yield capabilities, working on three core activities:
- Designing bespoke end-to-end solutions
- Defining and implementing trials
- Analyzing data to enhance commercial performance
Leading the thinking on new solutions, you'll solve complex business problems end-to-end, using analytics, algorithm design, technology, and automation to simplify processes and drive profitability.
Working closely with digital solutions teams, multi-regional price and yield teams, and technology partners, you'll ensure data is leveraged effectively to enhance solution performance and inform decision-making.

You'll design and implement business trials using suitable methodology, ensuring hypotheses are clearly formulated, constructing test and control groups, and evaluating results using appropriate statistical models.
Using a range of analytical techniques, you'll interrogate price and yield data to evaluate our solutions and drive improvements to commercial effectiveness across multiple regions.
Serving as the go-to expert for the most challenging analytical problems, you'll provide consultancy to senior stakeholders, tailoring communication to meet their needs and breaking down complexity with effective data visualizations.
You'll own and structure complex problems, developing appropriate solutions that make use of sophisticated algorithms whilst enabling high levels of decision-making transparency and user control.
Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, you'll research and evaluate cutting-edge approaches to complex price and yield management, prototyping solutions to validate methodology and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Mentoring and guiding Analytics Solutions Partners on complex analytical challenges, you'll transfer knowledge on advanced analytical techniques and promote best practices while fostering a "test and learn" culture.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with specific focus on complex pricing or yield management challenges.
- A degree or equivalent experience in analytics, operational research, mathematics, or a subject involving similar analytical skills.
- Significant experience analyzing and manipulating data using Python, SQL or similar, along with data visualization skills using relevant tools like Tableau.
- Track record demonstrating delivering business value with analytical solutions in challenging commercial environments, with a strong understanding of pricing and yield management principles across different product types and market conditions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities come naturally to you, and you bring innovative approaches to the most difficult challenges, finding the optimal balance between 'good enough' and 'too complex' solutions.
- Great consultancy skills enable you to influence and advise senior stakeholders on complex matters, with outstanding communication skills that explain highly complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques, with experience in setting up and running effective business trials with measurable outcomes, and you've mentored others on advanced analytical techniques.
