Do you enjoy helping brands build smarter data foundations and airtight tracking setups? As a Senior Analytics Implementation Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in shaping how leading brands collect, structure, and activate their data. You’ll architect reliable tracking setups, guide technical strategy, and be a go-to expert for building scalable, privacy-resilient measurement frameworks that marketers and developers actually trust.
What You Will Be Doing 💼
In this role, you’ll help shape the data foundation and strategy for leading brands, driving data and analytics initiatives alongside a skilled team.
- Drive high-impact technical implementations: Lead end-to-end tracking initiatives across web, app, and server environments. You’ll design scalable data architectures, remove blockers, and deliver robust measurement setups using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, Tealium, and more.
- Build clarity from complexity: Turn messy specs and business questions into structured, actionable measurement plans. You’ll make sure tracking isn’t just accurate; it’s aligned with real goals and easy to activate.
- Own delivery excellence: Define and uphold implementation standards across clients. You’ll spot inefficiencies, raise the quality bar, and help the team scale with smarter workflows instead of more meetings.
- Mentor, challenge, improve: Support junior team members, drive a culture of curiosity and experimentation, and bring energy to pushing our practice forward. You’ll be a voice of quality, impact, and technical confidence.
- Collaborate across disciplines: You’ll work closely with media, marketing, dev, and data teams, both internally and client-side, to deliver integrated solutions that connect measurement to results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
