About This Role
Join our Finance department’s Enterprise Planning Systems team as a Senior Anaplan Specialist, where you’ll lead by shaping our global financial planning infrastructure. This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure the system continually evolves with our business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new system functionality and overseeing critical financial models through high-impact projects.
- Enhancing collaboration across a talented, supportive team while upholding our value of care.
- Continuously refining financial processes to deliver seamless, agile global planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team’s long-term vision while leading the execution of our enterprise-wide system strategy.
- Continuously improve, extend, and maintain Anaplan models across all core financial planning modules.
- Plan and execute the rollout of cutting-edge Anaplan features and critical Finance system initiatives.
- Set up, automate, and manage robust data flows and integrations between Anaplan and other enterprise architectures.
- Develop and enforce team standards and best practices for system governance and model-building excellence.
- Facilitate engaging user training sessions and troubleshoot queries with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Technical & Functional Requirements
- Valid Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.
- Proven track record in FP&A implementations, demonstrating commitment to success across complex project timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive excellence in high-impact initiatives.
- Technical familiarity with Polaris and Anaplan Workflows (preferred).
- Functional knowledge of enterprise systems, including Workday, OneStream, Google BigQuery, and GCS (preferred).
Soft Skills
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex structures.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork within finance and data-driven teams.
