Senior Ancillaries Performance Specialist
As our Senior Ancillaries Performance Specialist, you'll be the data backbone of TUI Airline's ancillary business, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial growth across our global operations. Applications close on 3rd October 2025.

About the Job
- You'll lead the reporting and analysis of ancillary product performance across all channels and touchpoints, using data to support decision-making and commercial strategy.
- You'll develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to monitor key metrics such as revenue, conversion, customer uptake, and margin.
- You'll provide data-driven recommendations to improve product packaging, pricing, sales tactics, and customer experience across our ancillary portfolio.
- You'll conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover patterns in customer behaviour, identify areas of underperformance, and support future product development.
- You'll work closely with digital, commercial, and finance teams to align on KPIs and performance definitions, ensuring consistent use of data across the business.
- You'll continuously improve our reporting environment by implementing process automation, visualization improvements, and data structure enhancements.

About You
- Proven experience in a data or performance analyst role, ideally within a commercial, airline, or travel context.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- The ability to turn complex data into actionable insight, with a clear focus on commercial impact and usability.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, digital platforms, and customer behaviour analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improvement.
- A strong communicator, confident in presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
