We are seeking a Senior Applications Developer to maintain, enhance, and integrate our internal systems, including CRM, HRMS, Accounting, Data Warehouse, and custom-built applications. The Senior Applications Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal software systems that are critical to our global operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Design, code, customize, and test software solutions for CRM, HRMS, Project Management, Accounting, and other internal systems using modern programming languages and frameworks, ensuring they meet functional and technical requirements.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, end-users, and IT teams to gather requirements, define enhancements, and deliver reliable, user-friendly applications across global offices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, monitor performance, implement updates, and maintain security standards for applications and web server environments (PHP, PHP-FPM, NGINX).
• Use tools such as GitHub and GitLab to manage source code, deployments, and collaboration, while documenting code changes, configurations, and technical processes for continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Provide end-user training, support adoption of system functionalities, and mentor junior IT staff, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative development environment.
