Senior Application Support Analyst
Senior Application Support Analyst – Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust
About the Role
We are seeking an individual to fill an opening for a Senior Application Support Analyst. You will be assisting in the management and administration of all IT systems comprising the Trust’s electronic patient record (EPR) and any other Trust systems managed centrally within the Informatics function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of all IT systems, including:
- The Trust’s integrated electronic patient record
- Other Trust systems managed centrally within the Informatics function
- Assist in developing both local and external systems to align with the needs of systems users and the organisation
- Work with the Application Support Manager and Implementation/Training teams to support the rollout of new functionality for systems users
- Participate in the on-call rota and accommodate different shift patterns
