Senior Application Support Engineer - £52,000 - Hybrid (4 days per week in London)
Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship. Candidates must already have the full right to work in the UK
La Fosse have partnered with an events company to recruit a senior application support engineer to support and enhance critical business systems, applications, and operational processes. This role would suit someone with a background in IT Operations, Service Desk, Application Support, Systems Support, or a similar technical support function who has experience working closely with software engineering teams.

Key requirements:
- Previous experience within IT Operations, Application Support, Systems Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or a similar role.
- Experience using Jira for issue management, project delivery, and workflow tracking.
- Commercial experience with JavaScript is essential.
- Basic coding or scripting experience with PHP is highly desirable, although strong JavaScript experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how operational teams support development processes.
- Comfortable supporting and implementing new systems and technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
