  • Leading design projects across all RIBA stages
  • Managing teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting business development alongside project delivery
  • Driving technical excellence through robust governance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and delivery across all RIBA work stages (0–7)
  • Oversee internal teams & external consultant coordination
  • Ensure programme milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Champion technical quality through design development and documentation
  • Support business development with education-sector allocation
  • Act as a senior client-facing representative to drive project progression

  • +10 years post-qualified experience (PQE)
  • Proven track record delivering education projects end-to-end
  • Technical expertise: Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills required
  • Confident client-facing communicator with leadership credibility
  • Portfolio demonstrating exemplary design excellence, especially in education
  • DFE (Department for Education) / Framework agreement experience would be highly beneficial
