Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Leicester
Salary: Circa GBP40,500 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect to join a specialist, award-winning architectural practice in Leicester. The practice is renowned for designing bespoke accessible homes that have a genuine, life-changing impact, working closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and legal teams to deliver thoughtful, innovative design solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect looking to take on a leadership role within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, managing projects from concept through to completion while mentoring junior team members.

Daily Duties
- Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages
- Produce high-quality design proposals and technical drawings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage planning applications and Building Regulations submissions
- Undertake site visits and oversee projects during construction
- Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain excellent technical and design standards throughout project delivery

Ideal Candidate
- ARB-registered Architect with several years post-qualification experience
- Strong experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience leading projects and mentoring colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
