Daily Duties
- Lead projects across all RIBA stages
- Develop creative design solutions and detailed technical packages
- Prepare planning and Building Regulations submissions
- Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Oversee projects through construction
- Support junior team members and contribute to practice development
- Ensure projects meet programme, quality, and budget requirements

Ideal Candidate
- ARB-registered Architect with strong, extensive post-Part 3 experience
- Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
- Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to work from the Devon office five days a week within an agile working environment
