About The Practice
Our client is an award-winning, design-led architecture practice with an established reputation for delivering complex projects across the residential, aviation, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Known for their collaborative culture and technical expertise, the practice delivers high-quality projects from concept through to construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors on strategically significant developments.
The Role
Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join their London studio on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of a major aviation project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong architect with proven aviation experience who enjoys leading teams, coordinating consultants, and delivering projects through the technical and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of aviation projects across RIBA Stages 4–5
- Manage project teams and coordinate consultants
- Produce and oversee high-quality technical information
- Lead construction-stage coordination and problem-solving
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements
- ARB Registered Architect (or RIBA Part 3 qualified)
- Proven aviation project experience
- Strong technical delivery across RIBA Stages 4–5
- Construction-stage experience essential
- Experience leading project teams
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
- Revit proficiency (essential)
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
