The Responsibilities We'll Trust You With

  • Working closely with our clients and development teams to deliver innovative software and services
  • Coaching and motivating others in the team, listening and sharing knowledge
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and becoming a trusted partner
  • Guiding the design of complex integrations and producing appropriate technical documentation
  • Learning new technologies, design patterns and processes, introducing them where appropriate

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise

  • Substantial experience as a Software Architect and/or Developer
  • Hands-on and have worked closely with (or in) development teams to help them solve problems and deliver innovative solutions in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Have hands-on experience with data engineering and have applied AI or ML to solve challenging real-world problems
  • Hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS
  • Familiarity with Continuous Delivery and Agile methodologies
  • A comprehensive understanding of security, scalability and resilience
  • The ability to identify and solve problems and work with minimal guidance and direction
  • An open mind and a natural curiosity for new technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of English with first-rate verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the Telco & Media industry
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Job Details

This is a full-time position based in the UK. As we do not have a UK office, you are able to work from home as appropriate but should be prepared to commute to clients on a regular basis if required.

Most of our clients have adopted hybrid working practices and support flexible working, though the split between office and home working will vary. If you have any concerns or specific needs we will be happy to discuss flexible working arrangements further.
