Senior Architect – London (Residential Focus)
About The Role
Award-winning design practice of ~30 people in London is seeking a Senior Architect to take on a key leadership role.
Known for delivering highly crafted, design-led architecture across:
- Private residential
- Multi-residential
- Cultural and hospitality
- Commercial/mixed-use projects (UK + international)
Opportunity:
- Join a close-knit team, driving design and technical delivery of a private residential project at RIBA Stages 3–5.
- Direct client engagement, consultant and contractor management, and cross-project coordination.
- Expect residential + commercial experience (international exposure a plus).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and technical delivery (RIBA Stages 3–5)
- Own project execution (client-facing, from design development → construction)
- Oversee tender packages and construction deliverables
- Manage consultants, contractors, and internal team workflows
- Uphold quality and technical integrity across all stages
- Contribute to studio-wide design reviews and junior mentorship
Key Requirements
✔ ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ UK post-qualification experience ✔ Proven success in private/multi-residential projects (UK); commercial experience welcomed ✔ Revit proficiency (Rhino a bonus) ✔ Strong grasp of:
- UK Building Regulations
- Detailing & construction best practices ✔ Outstanding client communication and coordination ✔ Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and confident working independently
