About the Role

Turner Property Recruitment is partnering with a forward-thinking consultancy to identify a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is a rare chance to shape high-impact projects while advancing your career in a collaborative and innovative environment.

We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of architectural and technical projects - from initial concept to final completion. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, industry best practices, and the highest standards of sustainability and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the design, development, and delivery of complex architectural or technical projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., RIBA/ARB for Architects, CIAT for Technologists) and uphold best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainability practices to drive innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
