An established design practice is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its team to take a leading role in the delivery of an aviation project, working on the refurbishment and enhancement of passenger facilities within a major airport environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects through RIBA Stages 4–5, overseeing technical development, coordinating project teams, and supporting delivery through construction. While aviation experience would be advantageous, candidates with experience delivering complex public sector, transport, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or other highly serviced projects will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through RIBA Stages 4–5, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, providing direction and support throughout the design and construction process.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve programme and project objectives.
  • Produce and review detailed technical packages and construction information.
  • Attend site meetings, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues during delivery.
  • Maintain project quality, programme, and compliance requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
