We’re currently working with a multidisciplinary construction consultancy who are offering the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
They are looking for a Senior Architect with BRPD experience to work on a diverse range of projects for prestigious public sector clients, contributing to the delivery and maintenance of vital community assets and infrastructure. You will be a part of a team that is committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering outstanding results.
The role offers hybrid working with 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major architectural design projects from inception through to completion
- Liaise with clients on policy, design, and technical matters, ensuring strong client relationships
- Take full design responsibility for project teams and assigned projects
- Act as the Building Regulations Principal Designer where required
- Manage and coordinate design feasibility studies, technical design, and design management activities
- Coordinate project resources, including CAD/Revit production and team workloads
Skills and Experience

- Registered Architect with relevant professional accreditation
- Strong technical background and thorough understanding of building regulations (Principal Designer). The role very much dictates a strong initial and ongoing focus on the BRPD side
- Proficiency in Revit
- Extensive experience leading and managing large-scale architectural projects from concept design through to completion
- Strong knowledge of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) requirements and the Building Safety Act 2022
