About the Role

Our client, a highly regarded architectural practice known for their significant work in London and the UK, is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their collaborative London team.

This role requires a strong track record in the delivery of bespoke high-end residential projects, with extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the ability to lead projects through all stages from concept to completion. Proficiency in Revit is essential, alongside the ability to produce high-quality technical packages and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in managing project delivery, supporting junior team members, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. You will be involved in the development of design proposals, technical coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential and heritage projects across all RIBA stages
  • Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages and construction information
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and technical coordination to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Oversee site inspections, contractor coordination, and contract administration activities
  • Contribute to business development, client presentations, and work-winning initiatives where appropriate

  • ARB Architect with extensive experience delivering high-end residential projects
  • 5 years’ experience post qualification
  • Proven experience working on listed buildings, heritage, or complex refurbishment schemes
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience producing coordinated construction packages
  • Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning legislation, and traditional construction methods
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
  • Confident managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills
