About the Company
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Architect or Technologist to join a leading AJ & WA100 practice and gain a foothold in the fastest growing sector in Architecture. My client are a global Architectural practice currently working with in the Data Centre/Mission Critical sector.
About the Role
Due to increase workload they are looking for an experienced Job Runner with an interest in this fast moving sector. The role will ideally suit someone with at least 6-8 years experience and ideally a background in large-scale and complex projects and hands-on Revit & BIM.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize Revit & BIM for project design and documentation.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in architecture.
- ARB, RIBA, CIAT
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Revit & BIM.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Data Centre/Mission Critical projects - desirable.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
