A highly regarded design-led architecture and interiors practice is looking for a Senior Architect to join its growing London studio. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of the city's most ambitious workplace, retrofit and education projects, transforming existing buildings into contemporary, people-focused environments. You'll join a team that genuinely values design quality, technical excellence, and career progression, with the opportunity to lead projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion.
- Take responsibility for project coordination, ensuring design quality, programme, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
- Develop and oversee detailed technical packages, planning submissions, and construction information.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
- Act as a key client contact, leading meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, supporting their development and progression.
- Work closely with contractors and the wider design team to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support the transformation and repositioning of existing buildings, delivering creative and commercially successful design solutions.
- Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes, and project delivery strategies.
- Play an active role within a collaborative studio environment that values design excellence, teamwork, and innovation.

Key Requirements
- ARB registered Senior Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
- Strong experience across commercial workplace, office retrofit projects, and education projects.
- Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA work stages, technical preferred.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit will be accepted.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Experience coordinating consultants and managing project teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
