A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience to join their London team. This role is ideal for someone confident in:

You’ll take ownership of multiple live projects, working closely with:
- Clients
- Consultants
- Internal teams
Ensuring design integrity and delivery excellence.
This is a full-time, in-office role — perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative studio environment. However, flexible arrangements may be considered depending on project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects through RIBA Stages 2–6
- Oversee detailed design, construction documentation, and on-site coordination
- Ensure technical compliance with UK Building Regulations
- Manage consultant coordination, QA processes, and programme timelines
- Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act (where required)
- Support and mentor junior team members within the project team
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold project delivery standards

Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ UK experience
- Strong technical and delivery background (RIBA Stages 4–6)
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident working:
- Independently
- Closely with design teams
