About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience to join their London team. This role is ideal for someone confident in:

You’ll take ownership of multiple live projects, working closely with:

  • Clients
  • Consultants
  • Internal teams

Ensuring design integrity and delivery excellence.

This is a full-time, in-office role — perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative studio environment. However, flexible arrangements may be considered depending on project demands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects through RIBA Stages 2–6
  • Oversee detailed design, construction documentation, and on-site coordination
  • Ensure technical compliance with UK Building Regulations
  • Manage consultant coordination, QA processes, and programme timelines
  • Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act (where required)
  • Support and mentor junior team members within the project team
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold project delivery standards

Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ UK experience
  • Strong technical and delivery background (RIBA Stages 4–6)
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident working:
    • Independently
    • Closely with design teams
