About The Practice
Our client is an award-winning London architecture studio specialising in high-end residential projects, known for detail-led design and strong technical delivery. Their work often includes complex refurbishments, bespoke detailing, and heritage-sensitive schemes, with close client interaction throughout.
They offer a supportive environment where senior hires are trusted to lead, mentor, and help shape project delivery standards.
The Role
A senior position within the high-end residential team, suited to an Architect ready to operate at Senior Architect / Associate level. You will lead projects through all RIBA stages, manage teams and consultants, and ensure technical quality through design and construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
- Manage project teams and consultant coordination
- Oversee technical design, detailing, and construction information
- Act as Contract Administrator (JCT experience preferred)
- Present to clients, consultants, and contractors with confidence
- Drive programme, quality control, and delivery outcomes
- Mentor and support junior team members
Key Requirements
- 5+ years post-qualification experience
- High-end residential experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Proven experience running projects end-to-end
- Strong client-facing ability and team leadership
- Revit proficiency is important
- MicroStation experience beneficial (not essential)
- Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) essential
- Listed buildings knowledge beneficial
- Fluent written/spoken English + permanent UK right to work
