Senior Architect | London

đź’· Up to ÂŁ57,000 | Hybrid working

Do you have experience delivering exceptional private residential projects within historic and listed buildings?

We’re working confidentially with an established architectural and heritage consultancy looking for a technically strong Senior Architect to join its London team.

You’ll lead the technical delivery of prime residential and hospitality projects, combining traditional construction methods with sensitive contemporary interventions. The role includes consultant coordination, construction packages, contractor liaison, and site delivery.

We’d like to speak with architects who have:

  • At least five years’ post-Part 3 experience
  • UK prime residential and listed building experience
  • Strong technical detailing and delivery skills
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS
  • Confidence coordinating consultants and contractors
