About The Role:
We are working with a mid-sized, international architecture practice who boasts an impressive portfolio of projects across various sectors. They are looking for a Senior Architect with a good design eye and strong exposure to technical coordination and leadership qualities to join their team in London.
This role offers a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, managing client relationships and leading and delivering projects from concept to construction. It provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly talented and dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and influencing high-profile projects, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and coordinate with external consultants and engineers
- Oversee the smooth running of large projects from concept to completion
- Oversee the architectural team and manage overall deadlines and workloads
- Demonstrate an understanding of commercial awareness within the contexts of projects
- Communicate with the team through excellent and effective verbal and written communication
- Build good relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Contribute to business development, business networking and studio growth initiatives
Key Skills / Requirements:
- An ARB/RIBA qualified Architect or international equivalent
- At least 3 years professional practice experience post Part III
- Proficiency in Revit is a must
- Experience with 3D modelling and visualisation preferred
- A solid understanding of the BIM environment and design and construction processes
- Strong technical detailing and experience within specifications and project scheduling is required
- A good understanding of UK planning and building regulations would be beneficial
