About The Company
An established multidisciplinary architecture and design consultancy is seeking a Senior Architect to join its London studio. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of complex residential projects, with a particular focus on Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs) and external wall remediation. Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, you'll oversee projects from concept through to completion, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Daily Duties
- Lead the delivery of residential projects through all RIBA work stages.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout project delivery.
- Oversee project programmes, resources, budgets, and quality standards.
- Produce and review design, technical and construction information.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Building Safety legislation and industry standards.
- Monitor project risks, programme, and commercial performance, including fees and WIP.
- Contribute to fee proposals, bids, and business development activities.
- Present designs and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members while promoting best practice across the studio.
- Drive continuous improvements in technical quality, design standards and project delivery.

Ideal Candidate
- ARB registered Architect with substantial years UK post-qualification experience.
- Strong background delivering residential projects valued between GBP5m-GBP50m.
- Experience working on Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs) and external wall remediation projects.
- Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations and Building Safety requirements.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects through construction.
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing project programmes, fees, and resources.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A proactive leader with a collaborative approach and a passion for mentoring others.
