Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Skipton, Yorkshire

Salary: GBP38,450.00 DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD
  • Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction drawing packages
  • Assist in the delivery of a wide range of rural development, diversification, and property projects
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
  • Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary project teams
  • Undertake site visits and surveys as required
  • Ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Contribute to project planning, technical problem-solving, and successful project delivery

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Senior Architectural Technician with relevant project experience
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing production
  • Demonstrable experience preparing planning and construction documentation
  • Good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable working across a varied project portfolio and managing multiple priorities
  • Full UK driving licence desirable
