This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced architectural practice with an expanding pipeline of work across multiple sectors. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician who can confidently lead projects, support clients, and help develop our technical teams.

The Role
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role within the studio, leading the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You will manage complex and high-value projects, coordinate internal design teams, and provide technical leadership across the practice.

Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical standards while supporting and mentoring junior members of staff.
This role also offers the opportunity to travel throughout the UK in support of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.
- Manage multiple complex and/or high-value projects.
- Act as Project Lead, coordinating internal project teams.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings, detailing and specifications.
- Develop, coordinate and manage Revit models.
- Manage project programmes, resources and fee budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and input across the practice.
- Support, mentor and develop junior members of the team.
- Promote the practice through professional client engagement and project delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Strong experience delivering commercial projects.
- Highly proficient in Revit.
- Demonstrable experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
- Confident in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Experience overseeing project programmes, resources and fee budgets.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK to support project delivery.
Salary
Salary dependent on experience.
