Requirements
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with significant experience.
- Strong track record of delivering residential and mixed-use developments.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and technical detailing.
- Comprehensive understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
- Experience preparing technical drawings, tender information, and construction documentation.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Confident user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
- Working knowledge of Revit, BIM processes, and the Building Safety Act would be beneficial.

The Role
- Take responsibility for the technical coordination and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate and manage external consultants throughout all project stages.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Provide practical solutions to technical and construction-related challenges.
- Support, mentor, and develop junior colleagues within the technical team.
- Monitor quality and technical compliance across multiple live projects.
- Assist with project programming, technical planning, and successful project execution.
