COSMO Restaurants is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist or architect to support ongoing restaurant refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.
Scope of Work
Projects may include:
- Restaurant refurbishments
- Kitchen replacements
- HVAC and extraction upgrades
- Fire compartmentation works
- Internal reconfigurations
- Minor extensions
Responsibilities
May Include:
- Measured surveys
- Existing and proposed GA drawings
- Construction drawing packages
- Building Control submissions
- Landlord submission drawings
- As-built drawings
- Coordination with contractors and external consultants

Requirements
Applicants Should Have Experience With:
- UK Building Regulations
- Commercial, hospitality or retail projects
- AutoCAD (essential)
- Technical drawing production
- Consultant and contractor coordination
Drawing standards
All drawings must be construction-ready and suitable for direct site use. As-built drawings must include clear dimensions, annotations, setting-out information and technical notes so that builders and contractors can confidently use them on site with minimal ambiguity. Accuracy, clarity and practical buildability are essential.
