Muir Walker Pride are a design-led practice based in the historic centre of St Andrews, Fife. You are a friendly, enthusiastic individual who shares our passion for high-quality design and detailing, and who is eager to contribute to the future direction of the practice.
The role offers the opportunity to work on projects of varying scale, from inception through to completion. You will manage project delivery and liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. Site visits and meetings will also form an important part of your work.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience producing technical drawing packages, specifications, and schedules.
- Experience preparing Scottish Building Warrant packages and supporting contractors in delivering projects on site through to completion.
- Strong understanding of Scottish construction practices.
- On-site experience with the ability to manage contractual matters.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling software.
Personal attributes
- Confident in client and contractor communication.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Salary commensurate with experience.
Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 17:15 – hybrid working is offered.
A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
