About The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the London team. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical detail and enjoys:
- Leading projects through the delivery stages
- Coordinating across multiple disciplines
- Ensuring design intent is accurately translated on site
You’ll play a key role in managing projects across RIBA Stages 4–6, acting as a technical lead, supporting the wider design team, and contributing to the firm’s ongoing success through mentorship and delivery excellence.

This is a full-time, in-office role—perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative studio environment. However, flexible arrangements can be considered depending on project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery across RIBA Stages 4–6
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve programme and quality targets
- Oversee the production of detailed Revit and AutoCAD drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and other statutory standards
- Act as Lead Designer / Principal Designer on projects, coordinating design information across teams
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to professional development and studio knowledge
- Participate in QA reviews, site inspections, and technical workshops

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a UK-based practice
- Strong technical knowledge with a focus on construction detailing and project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act, design compliance, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
