A rare opportunity for a seriously talented Senior Art Director to help shape the creative output, culture and future of a fast-growing creative studio. If you're as passionate about craft as you are about ideas, we'd love to hear from you.

Senior Art Director
£80,000-£85,000
Central London (Old Street)
Hybrid, 3 days per week in the studio

Our client is an ambitious creative studio that partners with global brands to create ideas people genuinely want to spend time with. Their work spans integrated campaigns, brand platforms, social-first content, film, experiences and always-on communications. Built around collaboration and exceptional craft, they're creating a studio where great ideas and great execution go hand in hand.

We're looking to find them a Senior Art Director who can develop outstanding creative ideas and bring them to life through exceptional visual thinking and design craft. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll concept, design, create key visuals, build treatments and stay closely involved from the first response through to final delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
