Senior Art Director

Permanent | London (Hybrid) | Early September Start

Outstanding freelance Art Directors looking to transition into a permanent role will also be considered.

Beautifully crafted ideas. Brilliantly executed.

A fast-growing Creative Content Agency is looking for an exceptional Senior Art Director to help shape the next chapter of its creative output.

This isn't a traditional advertising agency role.

It's an opportunity for an Art Director who combines outstanding conceptual thinking with exceptional visual craft—someone who loves bringing ideas to life across integrated campaigns, social-first content, film, brand platforms, and digital experiences.

Working alongside a highly collaborative team of Copywriters, Strategists, Designers, and Producers, you'll create work that earns attention, builds brands, and delivers real impact for global clients.

If you're happiest turning ambitious ideas into beautifully executed creative, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely hands-on creative role where you'll still be designing—not simply directing others.

  • You'll help shape creative thinking from the earliest stages, translating concepts into compelling visual worlds that excite clients and inspire audiences.
  • One day you could be creating the visual identity for a global campaign. The next, developing key visuals, designing social-first creative, art directing a film shoot, or building brand systems that work seamlessly across every touchpoint.
  • You'll work closely with the Head of Design while partnering with Copywriters and Strategists to ensure every idea is brought to life with exceptional creativity and craft.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
