We specialize in improving clients' Infrastructure Asset Management capabilities, bringing cutting-edge asset management innovation to their organisations. We blend ISO 55001 best practices with technology, integrated systems, and deep asset-specific understanding, while embedding change within client organisations.

The Role

We have market-leading Asset Management specialists operating across regulated industries, particularly Major Infrastructure, Highways, Rail, Aviation, Maritime, and Energy.

We deliver excellence in Asset Management, backed by class-leading data analytics and technology, helping organisations make informed decisions about their infrastructure assets. By embedding ourselves with clients, we improve their processes, systems, and data and maintain long-term relationships beyond our initial involvement.

We are seeking applications from suitably experienced and qualified Senior Asset Management Consultants looking to leverage their skills in a high-performing team environment. You will:

  • Help shape the direction of our Consulting team.
  • Expand our scope into new markets.
  • Establish quality standards and develop tailored Asset Management solutions.

  • Apply asset management and strategy knowledge to drive measurable outcomes for large organisations.
  • Design and present asset information systems and processes with a life-cycle cost perspective to support effective Asset Management strategies and plans.
  • Lead Asset Management transformation programmes to deliver sustainable benefits for clients.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to conduct in-depth analyses of client challenges, identifying and delivering strategies to optimise asset performance.
  • Develop innovative, data-driven solutions to advance asset management systems and models.
  • Interpret complex data for organisation-wide reports, supporting change management, financial KPIs, and risk/opportunity assessments.
  • Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture through mentoring colleagues and disseminating best practices.
  • Advocate for Asset Management and Amey, contributing to industry thought leadership and building professional networks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
