Are you interested in taking the next step in your career within strategic estates and asset management?
This is an exciting opportunity for a chartered surveyor with strong estates and strategic asset management experience to play a key role in advising on land and property assets across a varied portfolio. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders, providing strategic property advice, supporting estate reviews and regeneration initiatives, and helping to shape effective strategies for the management and future use of property assets.
What you will be doing:
- Identify, review and provide strategic advice on property management and regeneration issues.
- Formulate strategic plans for effective use of land and property assets.
- Undertake property reviews and provide proactive and responsive strategic property advice.
- Manage data support, deeds, drawings, maps, database systems and information records.
- Manage condition surveys, asbestos surveys, land surveys, EPCs and DECs.
- Prepare client reports and briefings, attend committees and working groups as required.
- Provide day-to-day professional property advice and ensure output quality.
- Support performance management of the team, income targets, new business opportunities and ISO quality standards.

What we are looking for:
- MRICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors membership is a must.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in an estates-related discipline.
- Significant relevant experience with at least 5-10 years post qualification.
- Strong asset management, estates management and strategic property advice experience.
- Ideally local authority / public sector property experience and exposure to local government reform.
- Ability to manage property reviews, data, reporting, programmes and client/stakeholder advice.
- Full UK driving licence.
