Senior Asset Manager - Central London Mixed Use Estate

Property Director – Commercial & Mixed-Use Portfolio Management

About the Role

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced property professional to join a sought-after, forward-thinking PropCo responsible for one of London’s most distinctive mixed-use estates.

With a significant mixed-use portfolio, this business has built its reputation on long-term ownership, thoughtful investment, and exceptional estate management. Rather than adopting a transactional approach, it is committed to enhancing the character, performance, and sustainability of its sites while fostering lasting relationships with its occupiers.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, this is a broad and pivotal role with responsibility for the operational and strategic management of a diverse property portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues, consultants, and occupiers to deliver best-in-class asset management, protect asset value, and support the continued evolution of the estate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
