Connect to your opportunity As a Senior Assistant in this team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, insight-led work that informs strategic decision-making for Deloitte’s internal stakeholders. You will take ownership of workstreams, contribute to complex problem-solving, and help shape the narrative on critical business topics. In this role, you will: Deliver strategic insights to Deloitte’s internal stakeholders on market and client priorities, including growth strategy, competition, innovation, industry disruption, and ecosystem opportunities Apply advanced research methodologies and frameworks to develop consultative, insight-led solutions Analyze complex datasets and market signals to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, partnerships, and growth pathways across industries Translate ambiguous problem statements into structured hypotheses and clear analytical approaches Develop high-quality, executive-ready outputs with a strong focus on the “so what” and business impact Manage end-to-end delivery of workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with stakeholder expectations Engage confidently with global stakeholders, moving relationships beyond transactional interactions to trusted advisor status Present findings and recommendations effectively in senior forums, responding to challenges and questions with confidence Contribute to team development through mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team initiatives

Connect to your skills and professional experience Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, STEM) Proven experience in research, consulting, or professional services environments Demonstrated experience managing workstreams or leading components of complex projects Core Skills & Capabilities: Strategic Thinking & Analysis Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights Experience identifying trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities Consultative & Stakeholder Management Skills Ability to engage stakeholders to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions Experience supporting or leading discussions with senior stakeholders Problem Solving & Comfort with Ambiguity Experience working with loosely defined problems and building hypothesis-led approaches Ability to propose creative, well-reasoned solutions Communication & Storytelling Excellent business writing skills, with the ability to distil complex information into concise, executive-ready narratives Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior audiences Project & Delivery Management Proven ability to manage priorities, timelines, and quality across multiple deliverables High level of ownership and attention to detail Technical & Research Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience using research databases (e.g. Capital IQ, Factiva, Refinitiv, EMIS) Exposure to data visualization or analytics tools is beneficial Innovation & Digital Awareness Awareness of emerging tools and their application in research and insights and fluency with GenAI prompting techniques Curiosity and willingness to adopt new approaches
