Senior Associate
This role works closely with senior treasury leadership and cross-functional Investment, Finance, and Operations teams, playing a central role in managing the firm’s treasury function and operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Own and maintain core treasury and operational processes, ensuring they are well-documented, controlled, and continuously improved Lead funding planning for direct and syndicated investments, alongside liquidity management and surplus cash deployment Execute and oversee FX hedging activities across income, investments, divestments, repayments, hedge rolls, and redenominations Deliver treasury reporting across key metrics including hedge ratios, liquidity, counterparty risk, and regulatory compliance Manage ISDA/EMIR documentation and lead onboarding of banking counterparties and funds Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring efficient front-to-back processes and smooth transaction execution Support investment and deal teams with trade execution, settlement, and closing activities Coordinate fund and product launches, working across internal teams and external providers to ensure effective delivery Manage loan and bond settlement processes, including oversight of third-party administrators Drive system implementations, automation initiatives, and broader operational improvements (including leveraging Microsoft 365 tools) Act as a key liaison across business units and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic change initiatives Monitor market developments and industry best practices, representing the firm externally where appropriate Provide guidance, mentoring, and oversight to junior team members

Qualifications and Skills Strong academic background with a degree (or higher qualification) Experience with Allvue or similar treasury/investment systems Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA, Treasury) Demonstrated experience leading projects and process improvements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments Professional, proactive, and accountable, with buy-side or asset management experience preferred Quick to grasp complex concepts and adaptable to change
