Senior Associate Position at Quadrant Strategies
THE ROLE
The ideal Senior Associate is seeking experience working on consulting-style engagements, supporting firms and organizations—spanning industries like technology, healthcare, finance, public affairs, and entertainment—to understand and tackle their most critical reputational challenges. Senior Associates will manage engagements independently, including direct client interaction and advisory supporting.
Our team comprises diverse professionals from backgrounds in the humanities, social sciences, communications, public policy, as well as business and economics. They share a passion for exploring organizational challenges and leveraging research shaped by cultural and market contexts to inform strategic decision-making and business communication.
Candidates must have experience in market research, comms, or public affairs agencies, with proficiency in analyzing data and a instinct for clear, persuasive writing. They will assist with developing, implementing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative methodologies to craft communications strategies for reputation development and crisis response. Familiarity with strategic communications—how messages resonate with audiences—and influence decision-making is advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the full research lifecycle from proposal writing, study design, analysis, reporting to presenting findings to clients
- Draft clear, concise memos, reports, and presentation decks that translate research into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including proprietary polling, in-depth interviews, and focus groups
- Progressively take ownership of client relationships, communicating insights and recommendations with confidence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across global offices on projects and business development
- Mentor junior team members as your own professional growth accelerates

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, able to distil complex ideas into compelling arguments for non-expert audiences
- Comfortability with both qualitative and quantitative research, without requiring deep specialty but demonstrating independence
- Strategic communications background—whether from communicase roles, consultancy, government, public affairs, journalism, or research—enhances relevance
- Curiosity about connecting research to real-world impact: this may be corporate strategy, public policy, reputation, or tactical communications
- Result-driven multitasking: ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably with strong academic performance)
- At least 1.5 years of relevant professional experience in a related field
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into daily operations
