Overview:

As part of our Lifestyle Brands business (LSB), you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of ECOVER, one of the UK's most recognised sustainability-focused household cleaning brands.

We're looking for a commercially minded and creative marketing professional to join our UK ECOVER team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape brand strategy, create impactful consumer campaigns, lead social media engagement, and drive shopper conversion across multiple touchpoints in our largest and most strategic market.

About the role:

This Senior Associate role within the ECOVER brand team exists to ensure greater breadth of oversight of the ECOVER brand plans and brand performance. The UK is the largest and most strategic market for Ecover globally. This role will be responsible for supporting development, execution and implementation of brand plans in the market – with oversight of every consumer touchpoint (comms, PR, digital, shopper).

The role will lead the social media strategy and execution to drive brand consideration as well as lead the conversion strategy, asset development and asset deployment with customers.

This role will allow for breadth of experience and capability to allow for development within the LSB organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the brand plan in the market
  • Responsible for delivering conversion strategy / shopper (on/offline) for the brand in the market and developing conversion assets with support of the in-house studio from concept to execution
  • This role will also lead social media for the brand across relevant channels – delivering on brand and on trend content, ensuring quality responses (with escalation as appropriate), proactive outreach, and regular reporting of results fuelling optimisation
  • This role will be responsible for community management and the customer care line
  • Support and participate in core internal / external sales meetings (ie: Customer Brand days / S&OP meetings)
  • Supporting the brand manager in NPD commercialisation and post-evaluations
  • Accurate management, phasing, and reporting of local brand budget

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • First experience in brand marketing, shopper marketing, account management, or a related commercial function.
  • Experience developing and executing consumer-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into action.

Preferred Experience

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in conversion marketing and shopper activation strategies.
