What You Will Do

  • Manage Workloads & Escalations:

    • Process queries or escalations to colleagues or clients in line with KPIs, service levels, and targets.
    • Always ensure actions comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency:

    • Identify and implement improvements in processes and workflows while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration & Relationships:

    • Build and nurture collaborative relationships across your team, department, and wider organisation.
  • Product & System Expertise:

    • Develop strong knowledge of SS&C’s core products and systems along with their functionality and operational rules.
  • Risk & Compliance:

    • Adhere to SS&C’s Risk and Compliance policies and procedures at all times.

What You Will Bring

  • Video call experience within contact centre roles.
  • Knowledge of fund administration and investment products.
  • Clear communication skills with a friendly, client-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism. -Strong administration skills.
  • Confident multi-tasking capabilities with multiple computer systems.
