What You Will Do

Manage Workloads & Escalations:
- Process queries or escalations to colleagues or clients in line with KPIs, service levels, and targets.
- Always ensure actions comply with regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and workflows while maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaboration & Relationships:
- Build and nurture collaborative relationships across your team, department, and wider organisation.

Product & System Expertise:
- Develop strong knowledge of SS&C’s core products and systems along with their functionality and operational rules.

Risk & Compliance:
- Adhere to SS&C’s Risk and Compliance policies and procedures at all times.
What You Will Bring
- Video call experience within contact centre roles.
- Knowledge of fund administration and investment products.
- Clear communication skills with a friendly, client-focused approach.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism. -Strong administration skills.
- Confident multi-tasking capabilities with multiple computer systems.
