About the Role
This role will support the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) programme as part of the EMEA Financial Crime Compliance Team.
Responsibilities
EMEA FCC Regulatory Reporting
- Oversee the governance process for regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with Policies, Procedures, and Regulations.
- Maintain and update the EMEA FCC Regulatory Reporting Procedure document.
- Assist in compiling data and responses for the Annual FCC reporting across EMEA Legal Entities.
- Facilitate correspondence between Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLROs) and the Data Analytics Reporting Team to clarify reporting requirements.
- Support submission readiness, including quality checks, reconciliations, data validations, and securing Board-level approvals when required.

FCC Risk Assessment
- Support annual Financial Crime Risk Assessments (FCRA) across AML, Sanctions, ABC (Anti-Bribery/Corruption), ATE (Anti-Terrorist Financing), and CPF (Counter-Proliferation Financing) themes—covering inherent risk, control effectiveness, residual risk, and risk direction.
- Help draft enterprise-wide AML and sanctions risk assessments for senior governance committees.
- Track ServiceNow issues from EMEA FCC risk assessments and coordinate with control owners on remediation progress.
- Collaborate with global teams to align with enterprise-wide requirements, regulatory expectations, and local entity obligations.
- Ensure data quality and completeness across survey inputs, control evaluations, and risk scoring models.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics Reporting Team to validate metrics and explore automation opportunities within risk assessment processes.
