THE ROLE & TEAM
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the region's leading Employment teams. You'll advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you'll play an important role in developing client relationships, supporting the growth of the team and mentoring junior colleagues, while working alongside recognised employment law specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising employers on the full range of employment law matters.
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements.
- Advising on restructures, redundancies, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE and employment due diligence.
- Building and developing strong client relationships.
- Contributing to business development and networking activities.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a talented and commercially minded employment lawyer who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering excellent client service.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Strong technical knowledge across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Experience advising employer clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
- An interest in business development and growing client relationships.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
